This is my first attempt at a political cartoon. I'm trying to use a "messy" style, which is a lot different from illustrations I've done in the past. Typically, I prefer a clean line. The pen I'm using is a RoseArt SX770 Grip. Cheap and from Target. Also, the paper is cheap kid's drawing paper from Target that I scan in on a Canon MP470 that I bought from Staples for $99.99 with a $30 rebate. I scan the drawing, upload it in Photoshop, change the image size to 700px x 541px, save for web, and upload to the blog. Pretty simple.

Monet says she does not like the "messy style." She thinks this cartoon is funny, for a pun, and more New Yorker style.
